These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase of products and digital services from Stick 'Em Private Limited ("Stick 'Em", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are the amounts you pay. Your bank or card network may convert to your local currency at their own rates. We may update prices, descriptions and product availability at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm and accept it. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where a pricing or product error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud or misuse. Order quantities may be limited.
We ship to Singapore, ASEAN, and selected international destinations shown at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout by destination and quantity. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable address.
For international orders, any import duties, taxes, customs charges or clearance fees imposed by the destination country are your responsibility and are payable by you on arrival. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are never refundable by us.
Sales are final except for genuine manufacturing defects, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Stick 'Em Academy and Stick 'Em Dojo are digital services provided under a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal or authorised institutional use. Access credentials or links are for the purchasing account only and may not be shared or resold. Fees for digital products are non-refundable once access has been delivered. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel future renewals at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, whether express or implied. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any product, service or order is limited to the amount you actually paid for the item giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, goodwill or opportunity. Our products are educational building kits and electronic modules intended to be used under appropriate adult supervision; you are responsible for safe use.
You agree to indemnify and hold Stick 'Em harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of a product or service, or your breach of these Terms.
All Stick 'Em names, logos, designs, software and content are owned by Stick 'Em or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
