We stand behind our products against genuine manufacturing defects. This policy explains when a return or refund is available. It forms part of our Terms of Sale.
Because our kits are hands-on building sets, all sales are final. The only exception is a genuine manufacturing defect present at the time of delivery, handled as set out below. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, and we do not refund for buyer's remorse, incorrect ordering, or difficulty with a build.
If we ask you to return an item, we will provide instructions. Where a defect caused by us is confirmed, we cover reasonable return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility, and items sent back without our prior agreement may not be accepted.
Stick 'Em Academy and Stick 'Em Dojo are digital services. Fees are non-refundable once access has been delivered. You can cancel future subscription renewals at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period.
Import duties, taxes and customs charges on international orders are set by the destination country, are your responsibility, and are never refundable by us, including where an item is returned.
Nothing in this policy removes any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where such rights apply, they operate alongside this policy.
