This policy explains how Stick 'Em Private Limited ("we") handles personal data when you use our shop, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
To process and deliver your order, provide support, send order and account emails, deliver digital access for Academy and Dojo, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
We share data only with providers who help us run the shop, including Stripe (payments), our shipping and fulfilment partners, and our email provider. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal data.
Some providers process data outside Singapore. Where we transfer data abroad, we take steps intended to give it a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfil orders and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
